JOB TITLE: Store Marketing Manager

REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing and Merchandising

FLSA STATUS: Non- Exempt


Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) is seeking a qualified Store Marketing Manager to develop, design, and implement marketing strategies and materials for the Habitat LA ReStores. This candidate is instrumental in designing and representing the outward public face of the Habitat LA ReStores.


Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles has been an active affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International for more than 30 years. By building and preserving affordable housing through new construction, renovations, and home repairs, Habitat LA is transforming communities throughout Los Angeles County. Through access to affordable loans, housing counseling, down-payment assistance, skilled construction training, financial education, and volunteer opportunities the organization has strengthened families, helped stabilize communities, and fostered economic vitality in the region. On average, the affiliate builds and renovates 100 homes in the Los Angeles region each year, ranking it among the largest affiliates nationwide.


SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Digital advertising and social media management: Instagram, Facebook, Google AdSense, Yelp Business Promotions, Groupon Promotions, and FiveStars promotions.
  • Content creation: Basic graphic design using CANVA, basic video editing, and basic photo editing.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring the Habitat LA Store brand meets all brand guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain influencer partnerships.
  • Prepare monthly marketing presentations that outline marketing results and proposals.


SUMMARY OF JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to perform job duties, a valid CA driver’s license and meet the state-required amount of personal automobile liability insurance.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driving record check.
  • Although no longer required, we strongly encourage all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and will continue to require all employees to submit their vaccination status by the date of hire.

COMPENSATION:

The base pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
