Lido Equities Group is a real estate development and property management company located in Beverly Hills seeking to hire an amazing Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team.

As a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will act as a liaison between potential residents and our team.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS - include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for answering busy multi-phone lines
  • Addressing questions from future residents, vendors and office guests both in person and over the telephone
  • Greeting and assisting prospects and/or residents, vendors and office guests
  • Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to the maintenance and leasing staff
  • Respond in a timely manner by email to all prospective tenant inquiries, and resident questions
  • Handle all outgoing and incoming mail duties
  • Run local errands to Post Office/Fed Ex, PO Box, banks, etc.
  • Ensure common areas are clean and well stocked on a daily basis
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Other general office responsibilities; filing, scanning, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS- include, but are not limited to:

  • 3+ years receptionist and/or general office experience, preferably in the residential property management field or a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to professionally answer and control several busy phone lines
  • Excellent customer service skills and have the ability to multi-task
  • Motivated and takes initiative
  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Professional appearance and speaking voice is essential
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Applicant must pass background and have excellent credit check
  • High school education or equivalent required, higher education preferred


  • Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus, but not required
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

To keep all staff and tenants safe, this role will require disinfecting the office, we supply all staff with gloves and face masks, we have limited all in person visits and have limited our office hours temporarily.
