Responsibilities:

Work with product management and development team to capture requirements, design, plan, and implement new pages and features across all of our websites (

Working with the UI/UX Designer to maintain a consistent design language across the Website features

Identify and address performance bottlenecks

Maintain and perform upgrades to our sites

Ensure responsive design practices are adhered to at all times
-
Participate in technical assessment, scoping and management of changes to the code-base on new business requirements, product enhancements and other change requests across multiple scrum teams

Provide mentoring and coaching to junior and senior engineers to increase software capability of the development team

Lead offshore teams to design and develop features
-
Stay current on modern technologies and innovations which can further enhance and improve the commercial success of the MyQ connectivity solution
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 7 years experience developing Web applications is required
(An advanced degree in directly applicable area of study may substitute for up to two (2) years of job-related experience)

Strong proficiency with Angular - Typescript, HTML, and CSS
-
Experience building web applications with
-
Experience with git version control
-
Experience working with cross functional stake holders - Product managers, Quality engineers and Project manager.

Experience with IoT platforms is preferred
-
Experience with .NET framework is preferred

Experience in creating technical documentation is required
The pay range for this position is $114,050 to $191,750; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
Liftmaster powered by MyQ is a Chamberlain product that connects telephone entry system with gates-doors, commercial door openers, warehouse docking systems and other devices to a constantly connected cloud in order to provide a user benefit that provides community and facility access control, notification, access history, and scheduled device commands. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining development platforms for Chamberlain’s Liftmaster by MyQ program.
