Our diverse partners in various industries have requested our expansion into additional markets. We have developed a training program designed to mold a dynamic individual into a Customer Service Manager who will oversee customer relationships and the development of our Customer Service Team.

Position Details:

  • Learn customer relations techniques through practice and observation
  • Set attainable customer acquisition metrics and meet / exceed them
  • Professionally and enthusiastically promote our clients’ products
  • Assist customers in purchasing products while acting as a resource
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and answer inquiries
  • Train directly with the management staff to acquire leadership skills
  • Shadow cross functional department members in preparation for leadership

Salary: $36,500.00 to $54,600.00 /year
