Our exuberant, collaborative Customer Service Team has an immediate opportunity for a competitive individual to represent our expanding client portfolio. We design personalized marketing strategies that maintain the integrity of each client’s brand identity while acquiring new customers across various markets. Utilizing a consultative approach directly with customers, we achieve accuracy and efficiency in each campaign we implement.

Someone who effortlessly drives conversations and builds relationships with people from all walks of life would be the ideal addition to our team. This role will support cross functional departments in the development, implementation, and analysis of our progressive marketing campaigns. The Customer Service Associate is a key player in introducing the latest promotions offered by our clients to the public while assisting them with incorporating the products into their daily lives.

Key Tasks:

  • Meet benchmarks and deadlines delegated by the Marketing Manager

  • Assist with the integration of marketing, sales, and customer service departments

  • Cultivate meaningful working relationships with internal teams

  • Conduct dynamic product presentations to prospective customers

  • Eloquently and efficiently describe promotional product features

  • Actively establish rapport to evoke transparency from customers

  • Make recommendations, complete purchases, and overturn objections

  • Creatively pivot to other approaches when revenue goals are not met

  • Provide customer insights to managers to improve campaign structure

Education Level:

  • High School Diploma required

  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • Athletic and/or academic experience in a leadership role


Salary: $36,500.00 to $54,600.00 /year
