As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work hand in hand with our experienced developers, playing a key role in designing, building, and integrating digital experiences for our clients & agents. While our primary office is based in Los Angeles, this position is open for offshore candidates who can seamlessly collaborate with our team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret business requirements and technical specification documents
• Develop and maintain core PHP and web-based applications
• Recommend code and design optimizations to improve application scalability and performance.
• Assist in providing project estimates and setting client & manager expectations
• Participate in programming pre-designed web applications and websites

• Engage in Quality Control and testing, identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise
• Learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies as required
• Collaborate with the development team, contributing to solutions for programming and data management challenges
• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment

• Managing the end-to-end life cycle to produce software and applications
• Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience working in small fast-paced development environments

• A fast learner with strong communication skills
• Team player with a genuine desire to learn and improve
• Basic knowledge and proficiency in PHP Frameworks (Laravel, Symfony), Frontend Frameworks (VueJS, React), LAMP stack, HTML, XML, CSS preprocessors, JavaScript, SQL, WordPress, and AWS/Cloud environment
• Familiarity with GIT or other revisioning software
• A positive attitude and professionalism in the workplace

• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience integrating Third Party APIs
• Salesforce.com experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or higher from a major institution or equivalent experience
