The following codes and descriptors can be used to identify the typical physical requirements that may be associated with a job. More than one code may apply to a particular job. For example, some office/sedentary work may also include repetitive keyboarding activity, standing and driving.

Office/Sedentary(90+% of all jobs)
Office/Sedentary work that involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. There may be some infrequent amount of activity of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects weighing 10 lbs or less.
Non-office work that regularly includes unassisted lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc. of objects, weight or force of up to 25 lbs. and/or on infrequent or rare occasions, with the assistance of another person, weight or force up not exceeding 40 lbs.
Heavy Physical Work
Non-office work that regularly includes unassisted lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc. of objects, weight or force of up to 50 lbs. and/or on infrequent or rare occasions, with the assistance of another person, weight or force in excess of 50 lbs.

Work activity that regularly requires extended periods of standing for up to 2.5 hours between rest periods and up to 8 hours in a regular workday, including light walking from place to place within a single building or floor.
Work activity that regularly involves the climbing of stairs, ladders, stepstool or other platforms.
Work activity that requires daily and/or regular travel by personal or company-owned automobile to various locations for the conduct of CNB business. A valid driver's license is required.
Work activity that involves repetitive motion activities of more than 30 minutes duration without interruption or limited recovery time (not involving keyboarding or key data entry activity).
Work activity that involves or requires repetitive to constant keyboarding or key data entry activity of more than 30 minutes duration without interruption or limited recovery time.
Work duties that may require unaccompanied travel to remote locations by common carrier (air, train).
