We're looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a detailed-oriented QA professional who has hands-on experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, executing test plans for both Frontend/Backend and automate the CI/CD pipelines. Should have a deep understanding of most insurance policy service and sales transactions and is comfortable with different product components.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery with focus on maximizing test automation coverage.
• Execute and analyze tests, providing clear and concise reports to the development/product team.
• Create comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test procedures, and test cases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and assess application quality.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth automated workflows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proven expertise in developing automated frameworks from scratch using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like TestRail, X-ray, Zephyr or similar.
• Strong proficiency in API testing and familiarity with related tools.
• Proficiency in source control, build and deployment tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tests and streamline application functions through automation
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

• Prior experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
• Passion for quality, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific time zone (PST) to attend meetings and synchronize with the team.
