As a Senior Results Analyst, you will extract, analyze, and present results and findings to internal and external stakeholder groups in support of investment and distribution decisions. You will ask the right questions to ensure understanding of underlying needs behind data asks, forming a narrative out of data, and visualizing it in a way that makes sense, is actionable, and aligns business processes. You will provide best practices to assess and maintain benchmarks and indexes used by portfolio managers to guide investment decisions and actions. You will lead complex work, aligning stakeholders, managing risks (e.g., legal, operations), and setting precedence.

You have experience with calculating, validating and interpreting portfolio investment results, attribution analysis, benchmark analysis and transaction/holdings-based analysis.

You have experience
data analysis skills via
SQL and
data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx and/or Power BI) and MS Excel Skills (e.g. functions, charting, and pivot tables),

Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,329-$200,526
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
