What will you do?

The CRM specialist will work as part of the marketing team, dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.
The ideal candidate is a guru and an advanced professional in systems & process design and implementation. As a strategic partner to the business, you will cultivate a deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business systems needs. You will gather and document requirements, design and document technology solutions in the CRM space with a focus on technologies and various integrations (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe Analytics/AEM) to support our CRM Sales area.
In this role, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT/development through each stage of the software development lifecycle. An experienced analyst, you must be able to partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and make challenging decisions.
This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases solutions, provide consulting/training, and more. Additionally, the specialist will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and architecting creative solutions where technology and process can solve business problems.

Relevant Experience

  • Overall experience, certifications preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience using
  • Business Analyst experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions
  • Understanding of databases and customer relationship management tools required.
  • Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism
  • Excellent analytical, process design and problem solving skills
  • General knowledge of sales principles and/or experience dealing with a remote sales force a plus; training experience a plus
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
  • BONUS: Hands on experience and understanding with Visualforce, Apex, Java, HTML, XML, SQL, CSS, and REST-based web services
  • Travel up to 25%

  • Contribute to the decision-making process via the provision of timely reporting and analytics
  • Provide business intelligence to senior leaders
  • Provide feedback to Business Units as required on the competitive position within the region
  • Provide reporting on key initiatives and the team’s progress towards these
Support and Training
  • Provide analysis and metrics to track individual and team performance
  • Benchmark performance against peers to help identify best practice
  • Provide analysis to help with the creation of new roles when required and justified
  • Help identify skill gaps in the commercial teams that can be addressed through training and continuous improvement
