As a Staff Software Engineer at Circadia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology through mobile solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior mobile engineers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. Mobile App Development: Spearhead and actively contribute to the conceptualization and development of our mobile applications. Ensure they are user-centric, high-performing, and adhere to rigorous quality standards.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise in front-end and back-end mobile development, making architectural decisions supporting scalability and maintainability.
Seamless Collaboration: Forge collaborative solid bonds with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define mobile development requirements. Guarantee a seamless user experience encompassing robust back-end integrations.
Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior mobile engineers, fostering their technical growth and helping them achieve their career goals within the mobile engineering domain.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define mobile development requirements and ensure a seamless user experience, including back-end integrations.
Back-End Integration: Work on back-end systems integration, optimizing data transmission, and ensuring secure data handling within our mobile applications.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies or tools to enhance our mobile applications on the front and back end.
Code Excellence: Undertake meticulous code reviews to preserve code quality, uniformity, and adherence to best practices, maintaining these standards in both front-end and back-end coding efforts.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems related to mobile development, ensuring solutions meet healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong track record of shipping high-quality, user-friendly apps.
Experience with mobile architecture design and back-end development, including API integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in the healthcare or health tech industry is a plus.
