This will enable the launch of Bally’s omni-channel B2B2C business model. Upon completion of the acquisition, Bet.Works will operate sports betting and iGaming as “Bally’s Interactive.”

Role
We are looking for a Webmaster who will be responsible for troubleshooting both front end and back end code and developing custom features, functionality, and integrations. This position will use technical skills to maintain, optimize and grow our digital properties in alignment with the broader marketing department and digital teams. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and ideally will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, but there may be flexibility for this position to be based in Los Angeles or New York.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain the company’s web sites and other properties as required using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media. Works in conjunction with the digital team and vendors
  • Identify and correct issues by testing and/or based on consumer feedback
  • Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems
  • Maintain proficiency in current web technologies or programming practices
  • Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
  • Develop test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types
  • Customize widgets and web features as needed

Qualification and Education Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience of relevant coding experience
  • Experience working with API's, particularly social media, payment gateways and web analytics platforms
  • Solid database experience, ideally both relational and non-relational
  • Developed experience of managing servers in a cloud environment
  • Applicable OO skills (Object Oriented Programming).
  • Experienced in tools such as Git, Bitbucket
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles
  • Understanding of modern Servers architecture and Virtualization environments
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
