Swish Cleaning Services is a small set up cleaning business. There has been rapid growth in business and as the business accelerates more roles are being created based on its priority. Many of our employees have been grown into their roles. This role in particular I must have experience. There is room for growth but this is all based on our team work. The role will be Mon-Thursday from 9am-1pm. You will report to the owner, so communication is key. In addition, the customers will hear your voice. We want to leave a great first impression. Depending on business, this can potentially become full time.


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detail notes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Process all invoices, payroll and pay contractors
  • Submit and reconcile expense
  • Handle solutions for customers
  • Handle all social media and post
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers.


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • (MUST) Proficiency in MS Office, Google drive, Quickbooks and Tsheets.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
