This position will be responsible for Software Development for programs supporting the next generation of Autonomous Haulage. Successful candidate will be a member of a growing team developing C++ Software in an agile environment.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Developing Middleware agnostic C++ Software
Troubleshooting and fixing issues found in development or integration or by downstream partners
Aiding in Story grooming and estimation and ensuring clear Acceptance criteria has been documented and achieved for each story.
Participate in daily team huddles and reporting Blocker issues
Participating in functional safety assessment and compliance
Requires 3-5 years of experience developing software for Off Road machine systems. ROS/AIS or other robotics experience is strongly preferred. Experience working in an Agile environment and utilization of Azure DevOps is also strongly preferred.
Experience with Linux and Modern C++
Experience in ROS, AIS, or similar
Experience in Software Architecture Design
Experience working in a CI/CD Environment
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Experience working with DevOps
Strong knowledge/experience in one or more of the following: Linear Algebra, Differential equations, or Probably & Statistics
Experience in Coordinate systems
Experience in Bayesian estimation
The location for this position is Mossville, IL
