Position Overview:As a Senior Software Engineer in our Connectivity team, you will drive the development of products that support the BD Infusion pump family. Your role is pivotal in enhancing software for infusion pump workflows, calibration tasks, and manufacturing activities. Join us in creating a safer, more efficient healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- High-Quality Code: Design and develop clean, scalable, and reusable code.
- Agile Development: Contribute to feature planning, building, and release.
- Compliance: Ensure product compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in C# .Net and SQL Server.
- WinForms: Proficiency in working with WinForms.
- Modern Technologies: Knowledge of modern web development and cloud technologies, with Azure experience preferred.
- Microservices: Experience with microservices and API-based systems.
- Regulated Environment: Understanding of working in regulated environments (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304) is a plus.
- CI/CD Pipeline: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and other requirements and test management tools.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code using automation tools.
Good to Have:
- Testing: Knowledge of testing backend services.
- Kafka: Experience working with Kafka.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering field.
- Experience: Possess 5+ years of experience in various elements of full-stack software development.
